Connect attains AWS Advanced Partner status.

Complementing existing accreditation for Amazon Connect Service Delivery.


Communications experts Connect have been awarded Advanced partner status by Amazon Web Services (AWS). The accreditation underlines Connect’s expertise with the AWS portfolio.

As a specialist solution provider in the contact centre and CX arena, Connect has been delivering solutions built on AWS and Amazon Connect contact centre for a number of years. As well as holding Amazon Connect Service Delivery accreditation, in 2017 Connect UK attained AWS Select Partner status in 2017 – one of the first in the UK to do so.

Since that time, Connect UK has built up its expertise and resource to deliver increasingly complex AWS solutions, including making use of AI and automation, and application integration.

To demonstrate its ability in these areas, the Connect team sought to secure AWS Advanced Partner status. This requires businesses to show evidence of meeting a challenging set of criteria determined by AWS, including individual professional accreditation and successful delivery to customers. After validation from AWS, Connect has now been awarded Advanced Partner status – providing assurance to customers that it is trusted by AWS to deliver its solutions.
