Our commitment to ESG principles.

As a company committed to creating a brighter, more sustainable future for global organisations, their people, and customers, our dedication to Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) principles drives our decisions and actions.

Environmental initiatives.

Prioritising the environment.

In the face of climate change, pollution, and biodiversity loss, we recognise the vital importance of reducing our environmental impact. Our focus areas include energy and water consumption, waste management, transport, biodiversity, and supply chain improvements, all aimed at reducing emissions and retaining our proud status as a carbon-neutral organisation.

Reduction targets and strategies.

We are committed to reducing emissions by 88.91 tCO2e over the next seven years to achieve a 50% reduction by 2030. Our strategy focuses on efficient energy usage, sustainable consumption, responsible business travel, and eco-friendly staff commuting.

Carbon footprint and offsetting.

As part of our environmental stewardship, we annually measure Greenhouse Gas Emissions (GHG) and achieve certification as a carbon-neutral organisation through Carbon Neutral Britain. We invest in certified carbon offset projects that support education, employment, clean water, and local wildlife and ecology.

Our social responsibility.

Making a positive social impact.

Our social impact is a testament to our dedication to creating a more inclusive, equitable, and sustainable world.

We actively engage with local and global communities through volunteering, charitable contributions, and partnerships with non-profit organisations. We provide access to education, skill-building opportunities, and mentorship to underserved individuals and communities. Our employees actively participate in social responsibility initiatives.

As a company committed to creating a brighter, more sustainable future for global organisations, their people, and customers, our dedication to Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) principles drives our decisions and actions.
