Siyanda Khathi

Siyanda Khathi, who began his journey with Connect holding a Higher Certificate in IT and support is now part of our support team as a Tier 1 Support Engineer. He gained core skills in Genesys Cloud, Five9, communication, customer service, troubleshooting, time management, research and team cohesion.


Jane Peter

Jane Peter, initially joining Connect with a BCom in Marketing, now contributes to our HR and Training team as a Learning Development Coordinator. Her expertise spans Genesys Cloud, content creation, communication project management and presentation skills.


Sebentile Ngwenya

Starting her Connect journey with a Diploma in Marketing, Sebentile Ngwenya has evolved into a crucial member of our marketing team, serving as a Junior Graphic Designer. Her new skill set encompasses Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, attention to detail and collaboration.

Dakalo Mavhetha, who commenced her path with Connect armed with a BCom in Accounting Science, is now an integral part of our finance team in the role of a Finance administrator. She has honed her abilities in Microsoft Office, communication collaboration, attention to detail and problem-solving.
