That’s why more and more clients are turning to us for consultancy around communications strategy and specific technologies. Professional research and testing: our innovation hub.

As a team, we’re excited about new technology and using it to enhance customer communications. To help us accelerate adoption, we’ve set up an in-house innovation hub, where we can put new solutions to the test, exploring their capability, scalability and reliability. Our hands-on approach has meant we’re among the few UK organisations to have delivered both Amazon Web Services and Google Cloud contact centres – and identified and implemented tools that can support them.

Professional delivery: our flexible PMO.

A key part of our professional services offer is our project and programme management. Our experienced project leaders help scope requirements and establish relevant governance processes. We can follow a traditional waterfall delivery model, or adopt an Agile approach. We’re also accustomed to managing third parties, including tier 1 carriers. Everything is transparent, including standard rates and the offer of fixed price moves and changes (‘MAC packs’) to accompany new solutions, and you have a single point of contact and a sense of control.
